Privacy
We collect the email address you type into the subscribe form. We use it to send you occasional updates - new venues, late availability, things worth knowing. We don’t share it with anyone, sell it, or use it for anything else. To unsubscribe, email admin@dipndine.gg.
We collect what you put in the enquiry form: name, email, optionally phone, date and party size, and your message. That info is sent by email to:
Venues reply directly to you - we don’t sit in the middle. We don’t store enquiry contents on the site after sending; the only record is in our and the venue’s inboxes.
When you submit an enquiry, we briefly record your IP address (and the time) so we can rate-limit submissions and stop the form being abused. These records are kept for at most one hour and are deleted automatically.
We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It tells us aggregate things like how many people visited and which venues are popular. It doesn’t set cookies, doesn’t collect personal data, and doesn’t track you across other sites.
That’s it. No advertisers, no data brokers.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017 you can ask us to:

If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Authority in Guernsey.
Terms of use
We’re not affiliated with any of the venues listed here. We don’t take bookings, we don’t operate the pools, and we don’t cook the food. We’re just a free guide.
Opening times, prices, availability and conditions change. Before you make a trip, check directly with the venue. If you spot something out of date, let us know and we’ll fix it.
It’s there for genuine enquiries to the venues. Don’t send spam, impersonate someone else, send commercial pitches, or use it to harass venues. If you do, we’ll block your address.
Sea swimming in particular carries real risks - check conditions, tides, and your own ability before getting in. Pools have rules set by the venue; follow them. We can’t accept responsibility for anything that happens to you at a venue, on the way to one, or as a result of acting on information you found on this site. You’re responsible for your own safety.
We link to venue websites, booking systems, and other things. We’re not responsible for what’s on them, what they do with your data, or whether the links keep working.
